Mega Sculpt Foundations

Mega Leg/Booty Focused

MAT || Sculpt x Pilates

MAT || Sculpt x Strength
A low-impact, high-intensity full-body workout designed to sculpt and strengthen through slow, controlled movements and targeted muscle engagement. Offered in both heated and non-heated formats, this class will leave you feeling powerful, strong and sculpted.
MAT || Ass and Abs
A targeted sculpt class designed to fire up your glutes and core with precision-focused movements. Offered in both heated and non-heated formats, this class features high repetitions, slow controlled exercises, and resistance-based training using bands, weights, and Sculpted ankle weights for the ultimate burn.
MAT || Power Yoga Flow
Our power vinyasa flow is an intentional session of movement combining mobility, flexibility, and strength in a beautifully sequenced class. Set in a heated room with music-driven energy, this practice is designed to challenge and restore mind, body and soul.
